Espresso Data Privacy is the Privacy Operations Cockpit for organisations with legacy IT: find personal data across all systems, record it, answer requests, delete and prove every step – operated in the organisation's own environment.

The software from Yoosana GmbH in Zug combines six modules in one cockpit: Data Discovery finds personal data in file storage, databases and Microsoft 365, Privacy Register keeps track of systems and retention periods, Subject Request handles access and erasure requests, Data Deletion deletes across many systems with proof, AI Privacy Control controls stored AI data, and Privacy Delivery shares data in pseudonymised form.

Espresso runs in the customer's data centre, in their cloud or with an operating partner. Espresso has been in production since 2024; its reference is the Swiss pension insurer Pax, which uses it to delete personal data automatically across SAP and non-SAP systems.
